Masking paper tape for painting, spraying and high-temperature masking — including high-temp masking (90/120/150 °C; 194/248/302 °F), PET-composite and PI-composite variants for demanding surface protection.

Songyang masking paper tape serves painting, spraying and surface-protection needs. Beyond standard masking, we offer high-temperature masking (90/120/150 °C; 194/248/302 °F), PET-composite and PI-composite masking tapes for high-heat and precision masking duties. Production runs in-house at Songyang's Dongguan, China plant — compounding, coating, converting and slitting across 16 production lines — so international buyers source masking paper tape factory-direct instead of through a trading layer.
Paper masking tape for general painting and spraying.
90/120/150 °C grades for heat-resist masking.
PET-composite masking for stronger, cleaner lines.
PI-composite masking for extreme-heat processes.
Songyang manufactures masking paper tape at its own plant in Houjie, Dongguan, Guangdong — so overseas buyers deal directly with the production line instead of through a trading layer.
Ordering from Songyang's own plant removes the trading margin between buyer and production, and puts specification questions straight to the people who run the line.
Compounding, coating, converting, slitting, printing and QC all run in-house across 16 production lines, backed by 28 years of tape and film know-how.
Raw films, adhesives, release liners and tooling are clustered around Dongguan, which shortens material lead time and supports sampling in 5–30 days.
Songyang ships to B2B buyers worldwide, supports EXW and FOB terms, and supplies commercial documentation and technical data sheets with the goods.
Songyang is a China-based manufacturer (Dongguan, Guangdong) serving global B2B buyers directly — 9,000+ m² of plant, 16 production lines, 5,000+ specifications and 5,600+ customers served. Made in China, engineered for export.

Songyang splits masking paper tape into five constructions by tack and heat duty — standard, high-tack, high-temperature, PET / PI composite and colored. Values below are typical test data; confirm the exact specification for your model with our sales team before application.
Crepe-paper masking tape coated with a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. Moderate tack, easy to tear by hand and conformable to flat or slightly curved surfaces. Stock colors are white, yellow and beige. Built for general painting, decorating and light temporary holding, with a clean-removal profile on most surfaces.

| Standard web / length | 990 / 1,250 mm × 1,500 m, slit to order |
High-tack masking uses the same crepe-paper backing as the standard grade but with a thicker adhesive layer and higher initial and holding tack. It grips rough or hard-to-bond surfaces — untreated metal, plastic and cement walls — while keeping hand-tear convenience. Stock colors are white and yellow; the roll looks the same as standard, only the adhesive is stronger.

Engineered for high-temperature paint baking, powder coating and automotive spray. A heat-resistant adhesive and paper treatment are graded into three duty levels — 90 °C, 120 °C and 150 °C. Within its rated temperature the tape releases cleanly with crisp edges and no adhesive bleed, which is why it is the main choice for demanding coating masking.

A composite structure that laminates crepe paper to a PET film, combining the conformability of paper with the stiffness and anti-bleed behavior of film. The silicone adhesive tolerates 200–220 °C (392–428 °F), so it suits high-demand spray and precise color-separation masking where a standard paper tape would soak through or lose its edge.

The highest-temperature member of the range: crepe paper laminated to a polyimide (PI) film with a single-side silicone coat. It withstands up to 260 °C (500 °F), insulates and resists adhesive bleed, which makes it the choice for reflow and precision soldering masking and other extreme-heat duties.

Colored masking tape carries the same easy-tear, surface-friendly behavior of the standard grade in multiple colors — red, yellow, blue, green, white and more. It both masks and marks: two-tone spray boundaries, floor and pipe identification lines, workshop zone marking and DIY work, releasing without lifting the underlying color.
