Self-adhesive tape for warehouse aisles, factory zoning, pedestrian areas, fire lanes and industrial floor marking — pressure-sensitive adhesive backing, applied directly to the floor. Standard PET and PVC grades for normal foot and cart traffic, plus a 1.1 mm heavy-duty PVC grade for forklift lanes and loading docks.

Manufacturer since 1998 · 9,000+ m² plant · 16 production lines · Made in China · Factory-direct
Every line below is laid as an adhesive strip — unrolled straight onto the floor, with no paint and no drying time.
Warehouse floor marking tape separates forklift routes from picking and pedestrian areas — adhesive, not paint.
Factory floor marking tape and aisle marking tape outline walkways, logistics routes and crossing points in production halls.
Industrial floor marking tape and floor line tape divide production cells, WIP areas and tool stations for 5S programs.
Safety floor marking tape keeps fire lanes, extinguisher stations and emergency exits visible.
Floor marking tape defines racking zones, pallet positions and equipment parking.
Adhesive hazard marking tape marks machine safety perimeters, electrical panels and no-go zones.
Songyang self-adhesive floor marking tape is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive and applied directly to the floor — unroll the strip, position it and press it down. Three grades cover the range: the PET black-yellow zebra tape at 0.14 mm (5.5 mil) with acrylic high-tack adhesive and 8 standard color options; the PVC vinyl tape at 0.13 mm (5 mil) with a matte natural-rubber adhesive; and the 1.1 mm (43 mil) heavy-duty PVC tape, supplied on a release liner, for forklift lanes, loading docks and pallet staging where a standard tape wears through. All three are warehouse floor marking tape and industrial floor marking tape for factory aisles, workshop zoning, fire lanes and storage area marking on workshop, warehouse and loading-area floors; the black-yellow diagonal stripe doubles as hazard warning tape for machine and fire-lane boundaries. Working range is −10 to 60 °C (14 to 140 °F). Production runs in-house at Songyang's Dongguan, China plant — compounding, coating, converting and slitting across 16 production lines — so international buyers source adhesive floor marking tape factory-direct instead of through a trading layer. Standard roll length is 33 m / 108 ft, with custom lengths available; the heavy-duty grade ships on fixed 30 m / 98 ft rolls.
Self-adhesive, bonded where it is laid: the adhesive is already coated on the backing, so the strip bonds to the floor surface it is positioned on and stays put under regular pedestrian and forklift traffic.
0.14 mm (5.5 mil), acrylic high-tack adhesive, 8 standard color options — for floor lines that stand up to regular forklift traffic.
0.13 mm (5 mil), natural-rubber adhesive, matte finish — the economical grade for floor marking and hazard marking.
Printed wording such as 'CAUTION', lane numbers, arrows or your own brand, applied in-house to your artwork.
Slit to order from 3 mm to 1,300 mm wide (subject to product model) with custom roll lengths to suit your line.
1.1 mm (43 mil) PVC backing supplied on a release liner — for forklift lanes, loading docks and pallet staging where standard floor tape wears through.
Standard PET and PVC for pedestrian, cart and light-vehicle traffic; the 1.1 mm heavy-duty grade for continuous forklift and pallet movement.

Open a grade: PET · 0.14 mm PVC Vinyl · 0.13 mm Heavy-Duty · 1.1 mm
The standard PET grade: a 0.14 mm (5.5 mil) PET film with an acrylic high-tack adhesive, applied straight onto the floor with no release liner to peel. The firm, dimensionally stable backing holds a crisp line, which makes it the choice for permanent floor lines — hazard boundaries, safety zones and aisle marking that have to stay readable long term.
The economical PVC grade: a 0.13 mm (5 mil) vinyl film with a matte natural-rubber adhesive. Softer and more conformable than PET, it takes curves and slightly uneven floors more easily — the grade for zoning lines, aisles and hazard marking where budget leads the decision.
For floor routes that a standard floor marking tape cannot survive. The heavy-duty grade uses a 1.1 mm (43 mil) PVC backing supplied on a release liner, so the line keeps its edge and its color definition after pallets, forklift wheels and cleaning machines have passed over it. Produced in 7 heavy-duty colors — yellow, blue, red, green, white, black and black/yellow diagonal stripe.
Rolling pressure from forklift wheels is what wears a thin floor line out. A 1.1 mm backing keeps the boundary readable on routes that are driven every shift.
Pallet bottoms and pallet trucks scrape across the surface. The heavy-duty grade keeps dock boundaries and material-handling routes visible through that traffic.
Where pallets are dragged, transferred and turned, the line is under constant abrasion — the case the heavy-duty grade is built for.
Floor-scrubber contact is part of normal warehouse cleaning. Test a sample strip along the actual cleaning route before the full line is specified.
Standard heavy-duty widths are 50 mm (2 in) and 100 mm (4 in), supplied on fixed 30 m / 98 ft rolls.
Supplied with a release liner, so the strip can be positioned and aligned on the floor before it is pressed down.
Automated guided vehicles (AGVs) navigate by a magnetic guide strip laid into the floor along the route. That strip is exposed: forklift wheels, pallet feet and floor-scrubber machines pass over it every shift — a scuffed or worn strip means navigation faults and downtime. The 1.1 mm heavy-duty PVC tape is laid over the magnetic strip as a replaceable wear layer — it shields the strip from abrasion, scraping and cleaning traffic, so the strip underneath lasts longer and is cheaper to maintain.
To be clear: the tape itself is not magnetic and does not replace the strip. It contains no magnetic material. The magnetic guide strip is installed first, and this tape covers and protects it. Whether the AGV sensors read the strip through the covering depends on the vehicle model and sensor setup, so confirm detectability with your AGV supplier before a full installation — Songyang's sales team will advise on grade, width and thickness for magnetic strip protection.
Heavy-duty floor marking tape in the 1.1 mm grade is supplied on a release liner. The liner keeps the pressure-sensitive adhesive protected until the strip is on site, and lets the line be positioned and aligned before it is pressed down. Work along the line peeling the liner back in sections and pressing the strip down behind it, then finish the run with a hand roller. Heavy-duty widths are 50 mm (2 in) and 100 mm (4 in), on fixed 30 m / 98 ft rolls.

How abrasion resistance is measured on this grade: with a Taber abraser under ASTM D4060 / ISO 9352 (CS-10 wheel), and on site by laying a sample strip in the real traffic path and inspecting it after 24–72 hours for edge lift, surface scuffing and loss of color definition. Ask Songyang's sales team how abrasion performance is confirmed for your traffic level and floor type.

Packing follows the standard export programme or your own requirement — OEM / ODM packaging is supported on this grade.
Colors are listed by backing material, and every photo shows the color on the finished roll. The standard PET grade is produced in 8 color options — three diagonal stripes and five solid colors; the standard PVC vinyl grade runs in nine options including red/white and green/white diagonal stripe.

Heavy-duty grade (1.1 mm): produced in 7 colors — yellow, blue, red, green, white, black and black/yellow diagonal stripe — on fixed 30 m / 98 ft rolls in 50 mm and 100 mm widths.
Custom colors and printed wording are quoted on request — ask Songyang's sales team for the current color card.
Songyang floor marking tape comes in two constructions: a linerless roll that goes straight onto the floor, and a version supplied on a release liner. Both carry pressure-sensitive adhesive. The 1.1 mm heavy-duty grade is supplied on a release liner — position the strip, peel the liner as you work along, and press it down with a hand roller.
